Welcome
You are not alone, and you don’t have to hold this by yourself.
Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or relational struggles? Carrying past trauma or navigating grief and loss? Are pregnancy and postpartum changes impacting your daily life? I am here to help.
It takes real courage to start — or return to — counseling. Be kind to yourself as you begin. Whatever brought you to this moment, you deserve a safe, unbiased, non-judgmental space to address what is going on in your world. I look forward to hearing from you and taking these steps together.

All questions →How do I get started with therapy?
The first step is reaching out — by phone, email, or the contact form. From there we schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation where you can share what's bringing you to counseling, ask questions about my style, and see if we're a good fit. If we are, we schedule your first appointment and you'll receive access to a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal to complete paperwork before we meet.
How much does a therapy session cost?
Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. Payment is collected at each session; I accept cash, check, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Your initial phone consultation is always free.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly — I am a private-pay practice. This gives you more privacy and control: no diagnosis is required for treatment, and no records go to an insurance company. If you have a PPO plan, I can provide a monthly superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Where are you located, and do you offer online therapy?
My office is at 300 FM 407 #200, Argyle, TX 76226, serving Argyle, Denton County, and the greater DFW area in person. I also offer secure telehealth sessions for residents anywhere in Texas and anywhere in California, where I hold my second license.
What happens in the first appointment?
The first appointment is a meet-and-greet: we begin building a professional relationship, I get to be curious about you and your story, and together we set goals for our work. There is no judgment and no pressure to share more than you're ready to. Completing your intake forms beforehand means we spend the session getting to know each other, not doing paperwork.
